What Causes Pelvic And Lower Back Cramping With Odorless, Yellow Discharge?

I've had intense pelvic and lower back cramping with a large amount of odorless, yellow discharge. I also had diarrhea one night but ever since that episode I've been somewhat constipated. This has been chronic for about 7 days. I haven't had any itching or burning.
