What Causes Pelvic Cramps And Discharge With Graves Disease?

HI.. i had my period about a week ago and now i am experiencing menstral cramping on either side of my lower pelvis area and have a clear discharge.... so i'm thinking it's ovulation... but i've never experienced it before..i'm also kinda gased up as well.. and i just was diagnosed with graves disease as well..... could it be that my hormones are just out of wack??
