What Causes Pelvic Cramps Just A Week Before My Periods?

I have pelvic cramps just like I would if I had my period. I usually dont get cramps the week before my period either and i dont get my period normal since (1) i get stressed a lot and (2) because of a medical thing. So I cant say I am pregnant. and i really hope I am not. I am hopeless please help
