What Causes Pelvic Cramps,fever And Fatigue After Undergoing LUNA Procedure?

Hi doctor, I am a 26 year old female. 4 years ago i was diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis. On April 28,2011 i had an excision surgery to remove endometriosis and then a procedure called L.U.N.A. Anyway, for several weeks now, I have a low grade fever. So i went to the doctor who did a whole bunch of blood work and came back normal for blood infections and there was no change in my white blood cell count which would be a sign of an infection. I was put on Amoxacillin 500 mg 3x daily for 10 days. and finished it completely. (the antibiotic was for a slight UTI and Sinus infection). Right now, my symptoms are..Extreme Fatigue, Fever 99.9-101.1 (normal temp for me is 96.) and pelvic cramping.
I have not had an ultrasound yet since my surgery because my doctor was waiting for the UTI to go away. Any help would be greatly Appreciated.
