What Causes Pelvic Discomfort, Backache And Bowel Problems With Reflux?

Hi, I;ve been suffering with pelvic discomfort and backache for a number of months now along with bowel problems and reflux. My doctor has sent me for a colonoscopy which came back fine and I am going for a gastrosopy soon. I am really really scared that I have ovarian cancer. I have had an abdominal ultrasound done in October of last year and they said that everything seemed fine except for a small cyst on one ovary which was completely normal is someone my age (35). I am really scared.
