What Causes Pelvic Pain After Ovulation?

have pelvic pain and it was after ovulation. Also my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex during the week of ovulation, so can i be pregnant or is it something i ate im clueless at this point. the pain is so bad that i cant stand for long and my stomach as been funny since after ovulation
