What Causes Pelvic Pain After Skipping Period Using Microgynon?

Hi, I've been skipping periods by using 2/3 Microgynon courses in a row, this time has been the only time I've done this 3 times and I'm now getting pain in my ovaries/pelvic area when i go to the toilet. I know I haven't got any STIs/water infection/etc. My cramps used to extend to here when I wasn't on the pill but I am worried I've done some damage?
