What Causes Pelvic Pain And White Patches On The Bladder On Ultrasound?

I had an ultrasound scan done because of pain in my pelvic area. The doctor said i have a normal 2cm ovary cyst.. but my bladder has lots of white patches in it. What could these patches be? I have terrible pelvic pain which comes and goes. When it comes im in a lot of pain and no pain killer will rid the pain. Ive had a urine test done. and was normal. And another urine sample sent to a lab. I had rang up for my results this afternoon.. and was told the urine tests need to be re done. I dont know what the results were. Could you please shed some light on this for me. Thank you.
