What Causes Pelvic Pain During Urination And Bowel Movement?

I have been diagnosed with hpv i also just had a baby in december of 2010. I have tied my tubes and for two months after baby was born i had normal periods well that following month is started my period on the first Saturday of April and bled until 5 weeks later now i dont mean spotted i fully had a period the entire time sometimes with clots. Now i have severe pelvic pain when i pee poop have sex or just because sometimes. Sometimes it hurts to walk from inside pressures.
