What Causes Pelvic Pain Followed By Pain In Vagina?

I've been having pelvic pain for months now i've been to the doctor and he said it was because i held my pee, si i stopped and the pain lessended alot, i went to a different doctor because i still had the pain he didn't really seem all that concerned just asked me if it burned when i peed it didn't so i said no. i feel the pain and now i'm wondering if it could be because of constipation even though i have regular bowel movements. The pain sometimes starts on the left middle or right, it even sometimes make my vagina hurt and feel like its going towards my anus. I need help please
