What Causes Pelvic Pain Similar To Menstrual Cramps?

I am 10 weeks post op on a kidney transplant due to iga. At 4 weeks post op i developed a large hard lump over the kidney. Due to this the drs performed a catscan. They said it was only a fluid build up no infection and not on the kidney but between the muscle and the skin. But i did have an ovarian cyst but that that is normal and not to worry about it. I also tested positive twice for valley fever. For the last 3 days i have had a very uncomfortable pain in my pelvic area. It feels very much like menstrual cramps but i am very regular and just cycled 9 days ago. On call nurse said it sounds like the cyst ruptured but its not important that i see someone till next week. Do i need to worry?
