What Causes Penetrating Pain In Upper Back, Shoulders And Arms?

I have had upper back penetrating pain that hits across the shoulders and then goes down the back of my arms sometimes all the way down to the left hand, very weak feeling now and this happens about four five times a day, I have a vitamin d deficiency I get sweaty and now have stomach cramping today
