What Causes Penile And Vaginal Itching After Having Intercourse?

GOOD MRNG DOCTOR MY SELF aMIT I face a problem from last 3-4 months for itching in inner part of penis and same problem faced my wife too and my wife having some problem of luchorea(white liquid) . from last 15 days I face pain while intyercourse and while urine in my penis and same with my wife too .in inner part I saw ulcer in my penis and my wife inner vagina too , kindly eloberate the reason of this disease and how we cab get rid of this and suggest way and please give detail regarding this disease
