What Causes Penile Discharge And Burning Urination?

today i noticed a semen like discharge before i went to the bathroom. there has also been a slight burning sensation when i urinate. my partner has been tested and they've come back negative. i do not have any swelling or any pain else where in my genital area. i was wondering if there is a chance that i have gonorrhea or UTI?
