What Causes Penile Dryness With Diarrhea?

Hi, I frequently have had sex with someone and I have recently had some changes.. When I peel the skin back from my penis it s very dry and I have had diarrhea in the afternoons, but not tin the mornings.this has been goin o for 3 day now, I havent lost weight or had a fever but I have had and inflammation in my throat? Any ideas what it can be?
