What Causes Penile Itching And Yellowish Discharge?

Hi, I am a 23 year old male and have recently starting seeing yellow mucus building under my foreskin. This has only started the last couple of weeks and I am very concerned due to I may of has unprotected sex around the same time it started.

p.s. I only noticed this becaused my penis started itching.
