What Causes Penis Glans Itching After Protected Intercourse With Condoms?

Itching glans for about 2-3 days after sex with condom, am I allergic to latex, or is it worse? (Non-circumcised, itching is localized to glans underneath mostly near opening) It has happened 2 or 3 times before, all with a condom involved, but the time before last, with no condom, no problem
