What Causes Penis Glans Pain After Urination?

In the last few days, the tip of my penis has hurt during and after urination. What could this be from. The first time I experienced it, it was very painful. The next time I went to the bathroom it didn't hurt at all and now today it hurt a little. Any suggestions?
