hi i am having sex with my partner many times like nearly 5 days in a week..now she has gone for a long trip..but i noticed there are few small dots or like so say small kind of pimples like that on the neck of the head on my penis.....i am really worried wat it would be..can u plz tel me wat i am supposed to do...
