What Causes Penis Numbness During Intercourse?

Hi Doctor, I just turned 20yrs old and I have recently noticed a numbness in my penis head during intercourse. I can't even get the thrill of getting head from a girl. When i ejaculate, I don't even feel the impact of it as i can continue having sex as though nothing happened. Any answers to this situation and remedies?
