What Causes Penis Pain And Curvature After A Vasectomy?

My husband had a vasectomy about a year ago and he had a lot of pain afterward for about 5 months then over the past 3 months his penis is starting to bend more and more and he is having a lot of pain in the balls like somone is kicking him what is wrong he cant get to the dr. that did the surgery for another week. and the dr that did his surgery was being trained if thats what you want to call it he was being surpervised by an experienced surgon but i think they might have did somthing wrong?
