What Causes Penis Pain And Pressure Feelings After Masturbation?

I am a 20 year old male. I was masterbating and as I was I felt a sharp pain on the left side of my penis. There is no bruising or redness or coloration. It has hurt for two weeks. if it more of a pressure feeling. When I am getting hard I notice the left side isn't filling up as much and is slightly bent to the left side where it is not filling up. Would it be peyronies disease or mondors disease or just a type of strain from overuse and squeezing ?
