What Causes Penis Patches Which Are Red And Shining?

Very randomly Friday morning I noticed 3 small and spread out smooth red shiny patches on my penis skin. There was no pre tingling. no burning and no itching. just randomly appeared and not causing me any pain. They're not raised and certainly aren't blisters. any ideas? ?
