What Causes Penis Shrinking And How Can It Be Treated?

I have been dealing with DVT in my legs for two years now. I have been hosptalized 5 times since for blood related problems. I have had a bi-lateral hernia operation in Feb. 2010. Then another in may, 2010. Since 2009, I have noticed my pennis shrinking up and into itself to the point where every time I unzip my fly, or slimb into bed, I have to pull it out of itself.
