What Causes Penis Tingling And Vibrating Sensations?

Hi doc i have a feeling of pin's and needle/vibrating in my penis on and of for the last 2-3 day's lasting 30 seconds and any movment a rubbing around the area makes it disapear then same occurs again. this happens throughout the day and night can you help?
