What Causes Penis To Be Small In Size?

Im very insecure about my penis ive measured it several time witha ruler and its 6.5 inches..but it looks so small compaired to my friends no matter what ive even measured along witha nother friend and mine was bigger than his but his looked bigger whats wrong? em i small?
