What Causes Penis To Shrink In Size While Exercising?

My age is 24,not married while doing excercise my penus is shrinking very much like small kid.from last 3 years same problem now penus is very small and i'm in depression these days i cannot concentrate on anything and 1.)which specialist should i concern for this problem?2.)is there any solution for this ??
