What Causes Penis To Shrink Inside And Have Bad Odor?

hi. due to the experimental treatments for my liver disease(chirosis),hep C and cancer, i've found that my penis now is "up inside me" and has to be pulled out to urinate. it also has a very unpleasant smell. i bathe daily but the "smell" won't leave. any ideas??? thank you, jim
