What Causes Period Like Cramps With White Discharge Between Periods?

hi im 19 years old and i had a medical abortion (abortion pill) on may 18. i went for a follow up on may 25 and the doctor told me everything was good. i dint have sexual intercourse or insert anythin in my vaginal area for a week to prevent infection i was also given antibiotics. now during week 2&3, and this wednesday will soon be 4 weeks ive been having unprotected sex, im not on birth control. we go all the way. from my reasearch ive read that we can ovulate as soon as 2 weeks and were highly fertile. ive done home pregnancy test and they all show negative. and also yesterday i took an ovulation test and came out negative (close to 4 weeks after abortion). during week 2&3 i had period like cramps and egg white discharge. culd it be ovulation?. i really want to get pregnant again from the guy i love. my first pregnancy was from a one night stand. yess i kno its sad. but what can the period like cramps and egg white dischage mean? now im just experiencin slight cramps. durin my first pregnancy i dint think i was pregnant beacuse i was havin period like cramps and no period.what do u think it culd be or my chances of being pregnant? and i havnt had any pregnancy symtomps.
