What Causes Periods After An Unprotected Sex?

hi doctor i had protected sex with my by and i took i.pill after that and again i had sex that same night but we have unprotceted this time after 5-6 day i got my periods it was not normal it dint pain to me as it pain usually and it was for 2 days help me am i pregnent reply me plz am scared
