What Causes Periods Pains And Bloating Of Stomach?

I have period like pains & bloating but I m not due on my period till next Sunday, iv read that these can be early signs of pregnancy is this true? I had pain with my first daughter till I was 3 months gone bout that was just down one side & felt like ovulation pain which I know well, any thoughts on this would be a great help,Thanks
