What Causes Persistent Abdominal Pain,diarrhea And Nausea?

i am a 45 year old female. and i have been having bad problems with pain. i have been checked and i have uterine fibroids and ovarian cyst. i have had this pain every day for the last 10 months. now i am having problems with my back due to a fall. my pain never goes away. i have tried everything. naproxen, ibuprofen, hydrocodone, percocets, trammadol, bc. epson salt baths, hot showers, muscle rub, hot/cold packs. its to the point i have no energy, no desire, i stay sick at my stomach. i have diarreah, nauseated, i swell so bad i look pregnant and then a few days later im not swelled. but im still sick and in pain. i dont know what else to do.
