What Causes Persistent Acute Bronchitis Despite Taking Levofloxacin And Advair?

I have acute bronchitis for about 10 days went to dr twice on 3rd day of Levofloxacin 500mg and have been taking advair and abuterol regurally I also finished a 7 day course of prednisone 40mg and still have little or no relief the only improvement has been less coughing up of mucus and it s more clear now. Should I wait till Monday before calling dr again
