What Causes Persistent Bleeding After Having Intercourse?

My girlfiriend bleed after 2 days after having sort of intercourse (where i rubbed on her vagina ...her hymen is not broken) she was on her 12th day of the cycle...does dis mean implantation bleeding ...as a precautionary meaure she ate ipill ...please guide us and lets us know how her menstrual cycle will be affected
