What Causes Persistent Bleeding Post Raspa Procedure?

Hi im already done the d&c or raspa procesure last february 17 i tought thati may be bleed alot but after one week feb. 24 i lost alot of blood until we went to hospital for my non stop bleeding. After 4 days in the hospital. One week after im still bleeding the ob said there is small hole cause of raspa procedure. But it almost 3weeks why im still bleeding?
