What Causes Persistent Bleeding While On IUD With A Hard Tissue Behind The Vaginal Wall?

35yrs and recently had the iud since then i have been bleeding heavily for about six months now. sometime blood looks brown and sometimes bright red. i recently found a hard tissue that feels like a bone on the backside of my vaginal wall. it is at least 1 to 2 inches long. it is not a ball shape.
