What Causes Persistent Bump Behind Right Ear And Light Headaches?

i have a bump behind my right ear for about 4 years now, no symptoms at least not any that have severely caught my attention, im under stress and do get light headaches...itchy but I don't know if its from the weather change? the bump is about a nickel size has normal skin over it.
