What Causes Persistent Chest Pain With History Of Having Sinus Infections?

I m a 36 y/o active, healthy male non-smoker and I ve had a hot/dry sensation in my throat and mild-to-medium, persistent chest pain for ~1 yr. I ve had an extensive cardio workup with no sign of heart trouble, and 2 EGDs, 2 24hr pH studies and an esophageal motility study and show no signs of GERD or spasm. I have used Ranitidine/Nexium/Protonix/Dexilant for months with no effect, with and without Nortryptaline (in case it was hypersensitivity disorder). Chest X-ray and MRI/MRCP are normal. I don t have any other GI symptoms, though I have had 2 sinus infections that required antibiotics in the past year, which is unusual (who knows if they re related). The symptoms began and have persisted through a fairly quiet, stress-free stage of life, so anxiety disorder seems unlikely. My Drs. are all at a loss. What do I look into next?
