What Causes Persistent Cold For One Month?

I AM 20 YEARS OLD I DINT GOT MY PERIOD FOR 2 MONTHS. I GOT MY PERIOD ON JANUARY 1ST AND AFTER THAT I SUFFERED FROM SEVERE COLD FOR ONE MONTH BUT NOW I AM RELIEVED FROM COLD. I CONSULTED MY FAMILY DOCTOR SHE ASKED ME TO TAKE THYROID TEST AND I TOOK THEY WILL TELL D RESULT ONLY TOMO? DOCTOR WHAT IS MY PROBLEM?
