What Causes Persistent Cold Sensation All Over The Body?

hello i feel cold all the time. i have bad blood circulation. previously i had 5 tias. i had sn open brain surgery.doctor what do you think is feeling cold can be related to my old problems is it risky? i am afraid to have another stroke. thank you for your opinion. yelena kleiner
