What Causes Persistent Congestion In Chest Along With Dizziness And Headaches?

Husband and I suffering from sinus infection for three weeks,I gone to Urgent care one and probably go tomorrow ,fever is gone but still having chest congestion,dizziness ,weak,headache,tase buds off,been on two different antiboctics ,not getting better tried steam vapor,help don t want to get pneumonia .Thank you
