What Causes Persistent Cough Along With Vomiting Up Of Blood?

my 35 year old son suddenly became nauseous, vomited up blood. He has had a persistent and chronic cough for months, he noticed some blood in his stool. He is fatigued. He thought that it was sinus infection. This occurred 2 days ago but has not returned. However the cough has gotten worse and his fatigue has increased. He has blown nose with blood in mucus.
