What Causes Persistent Cough And Running Nose With Blockage In Ears?

I have had a cough and runny noise for two weeks. It started to get worse and all of a sudden tonight my right ear went about deaf and started to kill. and then both of my ears started to go deaf and hurt. I caugh up mucus like I would from my noise. When i blow my nose it is yellow. I also have not been able to keep any food down the last week, and a couple minutes after eating have to go to the bathroom. What could be wrong?
