What Causes Persistent Cough And Sneezing?

I have congested some sort of cough, I cough hard with out coughing anything up or very light out. I sneeze often. I have an occasional sore throat. And I lose my voice periodically throughout the day. I also get fevers that come and go the highest being 103.4.Would you know what this is?
