What Causes Persistent Cough Post Treatment For Pneumonia?

year ago in hospital w pneumonia - bronchoscopy showed pseudomaous bactria. needed oxygen and 2 sets of antibiotics. have persistant cough. lungs are clear. seems to be in my throat - if i breathe out w mouth closed i hear gurgling and immediately cough. gurgling laying down - cough. aerobic exercise - cough ...leaves me short of breath, weak feeling, and has really messed my pelvic floor muscles. what could cough be due to if lungs are clear? i do take omeprosale (acid reflux), singular, symiocort, and an allergy tab to no avail!!!
