What Causes Persistent Cough With Chest Pain, Breathing Difficulty, And Blood-streaked Sputum Despite Multiple Antibiotic Courses?

Good day i have had a cough for the past 3 weeks, the cough causes pain in the chest, i also experience difficulty breathing immediately after coughing and even at any time during the day, which i never experienced in the past. the first week i visited the local clinic and yhey gave me allergex and paracetamol and sulbutamol sulphate spray,nothing changed,i went the following week and they gave me co-amoxiclav 625 tablets (15) for a 5 day dose, paracetamol and another spray, the problem continued ,i experienced blood specks on the spatum during the second week,o went again for the third week and yhey gave me anociclov 625 tablets again with azitromycin (3), currently i am left with twoo days dosage of amoxiclav but still the cough is there
