What Causes Persistent Cramps In Feet And Shoulder?

My urine has a real strong funny Oder and it s not like ammonia I have high blood pressure with meds fibro with pain meds. I have told the dr that my heart flutters once in awhile but not regularly.i have had gastric bypas and lost 200 lbs and now am at 200lbs.I am wondering if I have Addison s because of the cramps from my feet to my shoulders at night so bad I just cry and I have to take meds to put me to sleep.please help me.
