What Causes Persistent Diarrhea,loss Of Appetite And Genital Warts?

Over the past three months, I have been experiencing nausea, persistent diarrhea, loss of appetite, weight loss, severe fatigue, yet unable to sleep, chills, dry cough and swollen lymph nodes that are sometimes painful (especially in the throat and by the ears/jaw). I also developed genital warts and oral thrush around the same time. I ve never been concerned about hiv, as I am a lesbian and don t use drugs, but it did occur to me, since I know that these symptoms can be associated with symptomatic hiv. I hadn t been tested in ten years, so I went and had a rapid test done, just to be on the safe side. It came out negative. Awesome. But now I am left trying to figure out what else might be wrong with me that would result in this set of symptoms. I am low income, without insurance, so medical consultation is difficult for me to receive, so I would really appreciate a little guidance.
