What Causes Persistent Diarrhoea Despite Taking Probiotics?

I was prescribed antibiotics a month ago for a tooth infection..About 7 days into the treatment i experienced diarehha. took probiotics for about a month.I took my last dose of probiotics yesterday cause i no longer had diarehha.. I now have diarehha a day later.. What should i do?
