What Causes Persistent Dizziness And Headaches?

my 13 year old daughter has been having dizzyness and daily headaches for 9 months. An electrocardiam showed possible enlarged heart but doctor said they aren't reliable for predicting this. An ultrasound is scheduled for three weeks. Should we worry, change her lifestyle in any way in the meantime?
